Mission Ready Learning was founded by Richard Hernandez, a learning and development professional with more than a decade of experience designing, coordinating, and supporting learning programs across corporate, nonprofit, government, healthcare, and community organizations.

Richard believes learning should do more than transfer knowledge—it should help people build confidence, solve problems, and perform successfully in their roles. His approach combines practical experience with a collaborative mindset to create learning solutions that are approachable, effective, and aligned with each organization's mission.
